Terms and Conditions: Introduction This agreement is between Rip's Investigation and Protection Services, hereafter referred to as RIP'S; and the client, hereafter referred to as the "Owner." The service to be provided is dog training.

 

Payment Payment for training services must be paid within 30 days of the invoice. a 5% discount applies for sessions paid before the training session. Payments received after the due date incur a 2% late penalty.

 

Cancellation Policy If the Owner needs to cancel or reschedule a training session, they must provide at least 24 hours notice. If the Owner fails to provide 24 hours notice, the session will be considered used.

 

Sessions cancelled due to extreme weather conditions may instead be re-scheduled, as safety of RIP'S trainers, the client, and the dog/s comes first.

 

Liability The Owner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless RIP'S against any and all claims of injury, expense, costs, loss or damages caused by the actions of the dog while under the RIP'S care.

 

Owners Responsibility The Owner understands that they are responsible for their dogs behavior.

 

The success of the training program greatly depends on the Owners ability to practice and reinforce the training techniques at home.

 

Health and Vaccinations The Owner confirms that the dog is in good health and understands that RIP'S position is that every effort should be made to ensure the dogs are up to date with vaccinations and have regular checkups with vets.

 

Photography and Publicity The Owner grants the Trainer permission to use the dog's name and any photographs, videos, or other media taken of the dog for any lawful purpose, including publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content. Any pictures or videos would be shown to the owner prior to the picture being released.

 

Agreement: By using the services provided by RIPS, the owner agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set out in this agreement
